STORE & RETURNS POLICY
All orders are delivered to UK mainland addresses FREE of charge by Royal Mail Second Class post.
In stock items are ready to ship and will be dispatched 1-2 business days following receipt of payment. In some rare cases the item you order may not be in stock and if this is the case you will be notified immediately and a full refund/exchange option will be given.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the item unworn and in perfect condition, in the original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or refund. Please note you are responsible for any postage costs for returns. When sending a return, please download and fill in the returns form (click here). Please include this form with the garment in the parcel to us.
Please remember that you, the customer, are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us; we recommend that you obtain proof of posting (recorded delivery).
-PLEASE NOTE: Pilling may occur on Inktek Sublimated Fabric when it comes in contact with any other rough surface. The back/bottom area of the garment tends to pill easier than other areas. Unfortunately this is an issue we cannot avoid due to the nature of the fabric. Riowear will not be responsible for replacing or repairing your garment if pilling occurs.
